I love everything about this dishwasher except the control panel and how it's described in the manual. I've tried to adjust the Rinse Aid per the manual, and it won't adjust or show the level in the panel. I've had to resort to Heavy Wash so that more drying heat is applied.You can't hear the washer working at all. I like that it's so quiet! I would give this 5 stars except for the drying and control panel.

I've only had this dishwasher for a week. It fits nicely in the space, looks ok, installed easily, and is fairly quiet, although not as quiet as my old GE Profile. It cleans the dishes well, so that's the most important thing; I've learned it does not need to be on the highest settings (takes 188 minutes!) to work well. Mostly, I keep it on normal or energy-saving settings (more like an hour and a half vs over 3 hours of run time.) The racks are my biggest complaint; cereal bowls do not fit well on either rack, and both racks seem flimsy and do not pull in and out easily. I can live with that as long as that flimsy feel does not translate into broken in 6 months. I wish at least some of the tines were able to be collapsed; the entire bottom rack is set for plates, and I usually have way more bowls than plates. Also, I am not a fan of having to use a rinse aid; it feels like it doesn't rinse off, and then you're eating chemicals, so I wish I could at least adjust how much is used. I don't think I'll fill it at all after this sample amount is used. Overall, I'll rate this dishwasher average for now.

After lasting 25 years without a problem my old kenmore finally bit the dust. At the recommendation of my appliance repairman I chose a Frigidaire to replace it. He advised that I needed to choose a stainless steel tub and then one with assisted wash arms. This model fit those specifications and the price was very good. However I was disappointed that new washers no longer have a heated dry cycle and my dishes even the glass ones do not come out even close to dry. It also takes at least twice as long to run the wash cycle than the kenmore did so I really don™™t see how that is more energy efficient. It does make everything very clean but not dry like I had hoped. It also was not available in the tbisque color matching my old appliances so I™™m having to get used to the stainless steel exterior. It does have the third rack which expands your silverware capabilities but those items come out really wet but very clean. Would i buy it again? I would but I™™d rather have my old kenmore back again.

Bought this one to replace an old dishwasher (looked like it was from the 80's). My dad was able to install it in a few hours (I had to run to the hardware store a few times). It looks nice and I really like the ease of accessing the filter. I have really hard water so I need to scrub the filter every other week or so. I do sometimes have trouble with getting it started since the buttons has less tactile feedback than I prefer, but I will get used to it eventually.

This was a great purchase.The Lowe™™s employees are very informative and helpful when purchasing. This dishwasher was very easy to install and works awesome. It is very quiet and does a great job of cleaning the dishes. It looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen.

Don™™t buy this GARBAGE. Lasted less than 2 years, and this company won™™t even warranty the part for me to fix the unit. Buy Samsung, LG, ANY OTHER BRAND! We have to troubleshoot/diagnose the problem, then they want to sell us a part with a 20% discount™¦ then we have to figure out how to replace the part. Spend your $ somewhere else. Frigidaire will sell you a product they won™™t stand behind.

Pros: performance of the washer does really well, all features work as they should, stainless steel interior is a plus with reducing smell, dry dishes very well, enough space for my household. Extremely quiet which is awesome. Cons: Design for installing water insert is up front bottom which normal installation kit hose wasn™™t long enough had to buy longer hose. Electrical installation also up front which is a struggle with getting dishwasher in properly without electric and water hose getting in way. Not sure why not in back of washer which would make more sense. The feet adjusting design is horrible hard to loosen and made of soft plastic which damages this was the more difficult and annoying part of dishwasher. Whoever thought that was a good idea to design needs to be relocated to different department. Overall I™™m happy with purchase just the design for installing is only Con so far.

Quite, had to check to make sure it was running first wash. Had and issue with soap door not opening, found out why in "trouble shooting", but would have been nice to know up front not to put anything tall by the door. Also would have been nice to know that without "heat" dishes, glasses, etc.are somewhat wet.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this dishwasher is! Its performance is top notch. I like the different options for cleaning that are available also. Would definitely recommend a Frigidaire. I also have a Frigidaire refrigerator side by side that I prefer over a French door model.

I™™m so disappointed in this purchase - the drying - or lack of - is terrible. I usually start the dishwasher before bedtime but have to hand dry pretty much everything the next morning. I absolutely cannot recommend this product.

This dishwasher has been a problem from day one. Despite following Frigidaire™™s instructions, it takes 4 hours to run a cycle, and the dishes still come out dirty, often with a disgusting film on them. I contacted Lowe™™s for help early on, and they sent a repair technician six times. The dishwasher is terrible, and the service was just as bad. Now, two years later and out of Lowe™™s warranty, I woke up to a dishwasher full of water and an i20 error.

Quality build construction, Very quiet, Cleans very well.I like the third rack. We rarely use the silverware caddy for the bottom rack to free up additional space for pots and pans.Only feature I wish was different is that the rise aid usage is not adjustable. This dishwasher uses a good amount per cycle.

This dishwasher is so quiet that I cannot hear it washing when I'm standing in front of it! The convenient third rack holds all the utensils which are too tall for the silverware basket, and the heated drying cycle and stainless steel interior prevent mold from developing inside.

I really love my dishwasher. It cleans extremely well, It runs very quiet, you can barely here it. I have had it since January. Recently it came up a code 20. Turns out the drain hose was plugged (an old shut off at least 35 yrs old) after filter was cleaned it kept up. would not run. cleaned that out and it like new. It is one of the best I have ever used in 70 yeas.

I am a little bit disappointed in the position of the electronic panel. I don™™t care for the fact that I have to open the door to set the washer and I can™™t see the remaining time without opening the door. Other than that I would give it a 5 star.

I've had this unit for just short of 1 year. I has been a total disappointment. It does not clean as well as my old Samsung (which I hated) and NOW it won't stop running! I went to do a load of dishes yesterday and it got stuck in some mode and the motor won't stop. The only way to shut it down is to turn off the breaker which also controls our fridge.
