Broke after 2 months, Customer service WORST ever

I purchased the dishwasher from Lowes. A part broke after 2 months. Two weeks later, a service tech looked at the unit said he would order the part. A month later no part. The part was on back order and no estimated time for it to be back in stock. Another month no part, no working dishwasher. Finally on August 30, an R/A was issued to Lowes so that I could get the unit replaced. Guess what it's also on back order. Trying to get a new R/A at the request of Lowes so that I can return the unit and get a refund. I've honestly been on the phone with customer service for over 10 hours. Worst company ever to deal with. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. At this point I'm still sitting on $800+ dishwasher that doesn't work and no resolution in sight!

It doesn't fully dry the dishes.. I'm not sure why. I've tried reading into it and can't figure it out. I also feel like some sort of film is left on the dishes but that could be the tabs I use. I like the different shelves although I don't understand what the top shelf is for

We needed to buy a new dishwasher and this one was affordable and had decent features compared to the last one we had. The machine is very quiet and has done a remarkable job. There is plenty of space but a weird layout if you don™™t follow the manufacture recommended load pattern. The cycles are quite long, but does an excellent job.

we needed a new dishwasher and wanted one that would go with our other Gallery appliances. This one fit the bill and was a great price. I wanted a stainless steel liner and it has definitely fit the bill. It is very quiet and works great cleaning the dishes. we usually run it at night and when we empty it the next morning everything is sparkling clean and dry even though we set it to air dry. Great dishwasher and cost saving!!!

I am extremely disappointed in how flimsy the racks on this dishwasher feel. When you pull the top silverware rack out the water collected in the track runs onto the floor because it falls outside of the ridge for the seal. You also have to pull it evenly and slowly because it feels like it™™s going to break. I am not impressed by its cleaning ability either. I bought from Lowe™™s and they won™™t allow me to trade up past 48 hrs from purchase. I purchased this because it was closest in stock to the Frigidaire Gallery appliances in my new (to me) home. The home we sold had Bosch and it was much better quality in my opinion.

Great product at a great price. Bought the dishwasher from Lowes on sale. Paid for installation. It was worth it. New in. Old one carried awsy. The whole job took less than 1 hour. I have several frigidaire products in my kitchen. They are all great. This dishwasher is quiet and get the dishes clean. Thanks

We've had this dishwasher for less 6 months, and it just started giving us an i20 error code. I've used a shop vac to clean out any standing water left in the bottom of the dishwasher and done my best to get any debris from the drain in the bottom. When I've done this, the dishwasher works fine again for 3 or 4 days, but then the error code comes back. This has happened twice before and then again this morning. Very frustrating since this is a brand new machine.

It may sound silly but it is wonderful to have a dishwasher that actually cleans dishes! And my large Tervis cups can fit on the middle rack. The third rack is a life changer for sure!

Generally satisfied . The interior racks are a problem. While they seem to hold a lot of dishes they don't adjust in any way . The bottom rack comes off track easily when rolled all the way out and the very top cutlery tray hits the top spray arm and therefore is unusablw.

The 24" Built-in Dishwasher with EvenDry washes well and quietly. The dishes and inside are still dripping wet when done, though. I don't know if EvenDry has to be activated, we have it on Heat Dry. I started a chat to get help, but they disappeared and didn't reply-I disconnected after 30 minutes of waiting. I also wanted to ask how to cancel a cycle and drain. My installer tested it for leaks, and had to run a whole rinse-only cycle to get it to drain. I'll try again when I have time during their hours, hopefully I can get some help.

WE are very disappointed in this dishwasher. It leaves the dishes very wet even after a four hour wash/dry cycle. We have had some success getting dryer dishes by setting a delayed start, as Frigidaire recommends for this problem, but this means it takes Five hours to get from start to clean dishes under a normal cycle. Also, the lower rack has spindles that are so close together that it is hard to fit in anything wider than the flattest plate. Finally, there is no way to tell when the cycle is finished. There are no indicator lights of any sort on the exterior of the machine, which makes for a very clean look, but frustrating functionality. We are back to taping a note on the front to tell if it is clean or not!
