This is a conventional agitator style machine with some nice bells and whistles. It is not quiet by any stretch of the imagination, in fact during spin cycle mine exceeds 90 DB. It seems fairly efficient at getting clothes clean and it handles large loads nicely. In my case, after 15 months, it started having an imbalance problem. It was eventually diagnosed to the transmission, which is in my opinion the weak part of the machine. Electrolux did the repair gratis for that I'm grateful.

I don't particularly like side by side refrigerators, but it came with my villa. It seems to work well so far. I do recommend the stainless steel wipes because it does tend to show fingerprints. Overall it is a good refrigerator and Frigidaire makes decent products with good reviews

Horrible piece of equipment. We have a 4 year old machine and it already needs ~$700 in repairs. Only my wife and I so it hasn™™t been heavily used. Will never own a Frigidaire product again.

Many great cycle options to choose from and machine has an agitator which a lot of high-efficiency machines do not, it seems to clean the clothes better than those machines that don™™t have the agitator.

Unfortunately, I find the following issues with this new washing machine. 1. The water level is very low. When washing sheets I found after 4 or 5 minutes, the top of the sheets were still dry. I had to switch to the MAX level, which of course is a waste of water. When doing regular clothes, they are wet, but not covered by water. During one load I was pleased to see the water was at a good level, but during the rinse cycle, the water was low again. 2. When choosing hot water, the rinse water is cold even though the washer settings for hot water is lit and, washer setting chart indicates hot is available on all setting with the exception of Colors. It appears all rinse water is cold no matter what setting is used. Does not specify in instructions. 3. Lots of pausing during all cycles; water coming into the tub, when agitator is moving during washing and/or rinsing and during spin cycles. Spin cycle varies between speeds. Motor runs between cycles, but no action going on.4. More time spent filling, pausing and spinning than washing and rinsing. When first purchased was shocked to see 72 minutes to do just a half a load choosing light soil. 5. Previous machine (Maytag purchased in 2005) was able to choose water level, water streamed in with full force, spinning stayed at high speed during whole cycle. A full load with light soil could finish in 45 minutes with more time spent on actual washing and rinsing the clothes.

This machine is nice-looking; large basket and many options, except it lacks flexibility: once the water is running, you can't add any overlooked items and simply level up the water! And you can't really just restart with wet clothes: it messes up the load-sensing!This us a major programming blunder; do your engineers ever even TRY your products!?Jordan Peterson is WRONG: Get some more women in there!I like when it can tell me how long it will be running, except for when it stops mid-cycle because the over-worked drain pump seizes up!This pump is clearly labeled as "10 minutes ON; 50 minutes OFF", yet, in an 89 minute cycle, it can run for ~34 minutes! And that is on a 'Heavy Dirt' cycle with extended agitation phases, and is more than DOUBLE the specified duty cycle!I know because I timed it, like a proper engineer should!This results in heat buildup from coil, and the pumps' seals wearing out prematurely, allowing fouling and binding of the magnetic shaft.Additionally, I do not appreciate the attempt to coerce me into unnecessarily buying a expensive pump&housing assembly when my housing is not only fine, but it requires additional, unnecessary work & time to remove, and re-seal it, but also costs $100.oo MORE!Not $100.oo; $100.oo MORE!I researched and found the exact same pump on a different housing for a dishwasher for only $23.oo, and just remounted the new pump to this housing!Which is good to know, because I don't expect this one to last all that long, either!The Electrolux Corp. should be embarrassed by this inept engineering work, especially for the MSRP that went with it!Note that the cost to the consumer of getting a new washer (or any such 'durable' purchase) is often nearly doubled by adding in the time cost, and/or service fees for delivery, installation, and disposal charges, PLUS the time lost in the selection process; to precipitate a replacement, or a $250.oo-300.oo repair due to an unnecessarily premature failure of an improperly specified part is pretty shameful.

I have never dealt with the worst customer service than Frigidaire. As I am on day number six now trying to get my washer that is less than two months old fixed. I have yet to even talk to a human being run from any Frigidaire product.

Washer has performed well. The length of the spin cycle seems a little excessive. The matching dryer has had temperature control issues. It has burnt several articles beyond usability. The Sears A&E service company Frigidaire/Electrolux uses ordered the parts and is schedule to put them in in about ten days. Hopefully, it will not scorch clothes after that.

I bought this set and loved it, but after having it for a year and a half the bearings gave out and it sounded like a racecar when it spun. But of course they only come with a 1 year warranty so now I am looking to buy another washer already! I will go with Speed Queen this time because at least they have better warranty's on their products!

We are enjoying our top load washer especially the see-through glass. We appreciate the many wash options on the front display. Our only complaint is the noise the washer creates when going through the cycles. It is not a quiet washing machine.
