This is a nice range there is one design flaw that bothers me . The outside burners are place slightly to the center so when you use them it prevents you from using the center burners at the same time. So in effect all 6 burners can not be used at once.

Range looks good. Easy to clean. Stove works well - I like the 6 burners and flexibility to use middle two burners as griddle. My issues are with the oven, and Frigidaire customer service.While baking (not convection baking), a vent fan comes on that is too loud in my opinion. If my last gas oven had such a vent fan, I could not hear it when baking. I can smell gas while the oven is heating up. The smell goes away when the oven reaches temperature. And there is no gas smell when using the stove. Such a smell wasn™€™t present with my last range. I find the sliding rack in the oven difficult to adjust. I find the timer difficult to set.I find Frigidaire customer service lacking. In my experience, registering the appliances appears to provide no benefit when making a warranty call. I had to call a foreign call center to schedule a warranty appointment. The representative could not access my registered information, and needed all the information regarding the purchase and specifications of the appliance. My time window for the warranty appointment was between 8 am and 5 pm. The Frigidaire technician did not provide any advance indication when he was going to arrive. At the beginning of the visit, the Frigidaire technician immediately told me he wasn™€™t able to service the gas portion of the range. He informed me that I should call the gas company for the smell. I told him that the gas smell wasn™€™t present all the time, nor was it present while utilizing the stove. The smell was only present when utilizing the oven, and only while the oven was heating up. This appears to suggest an issue within the appliance, and not a continuous issue regarding gas to the appliance. The gas company isn™€™t going to address issues that are occurring within the appliance. The Frigidaire technician told me he wasn™€™t certified to address the gas portion of the appliance, and there was nothing he could do. I asked him to turn on the oven to hear the fan. He told me he didn™€™t know how to turn on the oven. When I turned on the oven, he could hear the fan, and stated the volume of the fan was normal. I question how he would know that since his familiarity with this model was so limited that he didn™€™t know how to turn it on.Overall, I wouldn™€™t recommend purchasing the appliance given its cost relative to my issues with the oven. Also, given my experience with Frigidaire customer service.

We replaced our 14-year-old Frigidaire Professional gas range choosing this Frigidaire Professional after about 6 months of searching and visiting several Big Box stores (Lowes, Menards, Home Depot) as well as dedicated appliance stores. We considered Samsung, LG, Thor, Viking, and Beko brands prior to selecting this specific oven.So far this Professional Range has been an excellent replacement packed with a lot of features. The burner flames are precise and deliver excellent heat. We have used the air fry feature twice and love the crispiness that it delivers. The oven heat seems accurate, and cooking is even. The oven space seems a little larger capacity in terms of cubic feet than the previous Frigidaire Professional that we owned; the storage drawer at the bottom is a little smaller - which is good as we only stored spare pans in it. A couple of specific design features that we were looking for in a professional range (that this model satisfies) were: heavy duty cast iron grates covering the whole top surface; six burners; very precise flame/heat control; a digital display indicating timer and temperature; large cubic foot capacity for a 30" range; good interior lighting; convection heat and air fry; and the straight handle on the front which gives it a rugged professional look. Also, the door and hinge feel solid with a good weight and ease of opening/closing. It's a minor detail but some other brands at lower price point have a "tinny" feel and didn't feel like they closed and sealed as well as the Frigidaire door does.We especially love the front facing, round backlit burner control knobs and the easy glide oven rack. The backlit burner knobs with a bluish white periphery and a red position line definitely give the oven a sleek and elegant feel. Also, they are heavier and more substantial feeling knobs than some other brands that we compared. One item worth mentioning is that some, but not all oven modes selected with the knobs will indicate on the digital display, for example self cleaning. We would have liked for all of the oven modes selected to display on the digital display because the black text printed on the knobs can be a little hard to read.The rectangular, flat cast iron griddle in the center, while a nice feature and removable, was not a major factor in our purchase decision. I don't think we will use it much although time will tell. We appreciate that this was included and is removeable. The only critical comment with this model and the reason that we gave it four out of five stars is Frigidaire's lack of a porcelain or enamel finish top option surrounding the burner area. Our prior Frigidaire Professional featured the black porcelain or enamel top and was virtually bulletproof in terms of cleaning. We would have preferred a black porcelain / enamel finish as opposed to the stainless steel that surrounds the burners; hopefully the stainless steel finish doesn't scratch and isn't labor intensive to clean.The price point on this model was $1,899 retail. You get a lot of features for a little more money and we feel the quality supports the price.

We™€™ve had this new range for about a week now and have tried out several of its features. So far everything is great. The oven is much larger than our old GE Profile and that means we can cook larger meals or multiple items at the same time (which we could not do in our smaller GE). Appears to be very well made with the consumer in mind. I love the roll out oven shelf rather than the slide out. So convenient and very sturdy, can hold a 20 lb. roast or anything with no problem and rolls out so easily so no spills etc. Also the air drier is very good, less clutter on counter tops. The stovetop burners really heat things up fast much better that the old range we got rid of due to breakdowns etc™€¦We™€™re happy with this purchase so far. Thank you.

Bought the new appliances over Black Friday and love them! I was torn between a Cafe range and the Frigidaire and the Frigidaire won out due to the size and price. The handles stick out 1 inch less than the Cafe and while that doesn™€™t sound like much - it is in a tight space! I also purchased side and back spacers for a custom look. It looks and performs great. Also got the Frigidaire Gallery over the range microwave and they look great together!

great all around range with many function options

I was hesitant to order a 30" since my last range was a 36" but the appeal of the 6 burners even with the smaller size and the large 6 cubic feet oven that's larger than the oven in the 36" version of this range sold me on this one. I haven't used the griddle yet but it's nice to have the option. I much prefer the separate knobs for oven mode and temperature as opposed to having to push buttons on the digital display and the fact that the oven temperature displays next to the time as opposed to replacing it while using the oven as many ranges do. Note the oven temperature adjusts in 25 degree increments but I don't see that being much of an issue. I wish the bottom storage door was just a little deeper so that I could fit both the griddle and air fry tray when not in use. The three stove top grates fit together a little too snuggly but still sit flush. I've only used the air fry function once and things turned out fine with cooking time accurate for following food package directions. This stove is pretty easy to clean too with all the stainless steel. Would recommend!

This is a brand new gas range, not installed yet..Mine is the new model PCFG3080AFD that is not listed for review. I called for assistance to identify the correct LP orifice # is for which burner in the GRLP5 LP conversion kit. The manuals that came for the range does not mention or cover this issue. Yet the gas valve installed converts to LP gas.

Wonderful Slide-In Stove!

For those that need to know, it measures slightly under 30" in width, so it fit in our 30" space nicely. Upgraded from a basic slide in gas range to this Frigidaire. Amazing difference! The top burners have an extensive range from low to high. The oven cooks evenly and efficiently. I love the gliding oven rack too! We used the center griddle for French toast, and it worked perfectly. Cleaning the appliance has been easy. It looks classy in my kitchen and am so happy with my purchase.

Bought the Frigidaire 30" Gas range Professional Series to replace a highly touted but severely underperforming Bosch Gas Range. To date this range has been terrific in its operation. The front panel is easy to read, the dials for the gas burner control are especially nice because they stay light when the flame is on, a very nice safety feature. The Oven size is spacious and having 3 racks was a must which this range does. The storage drawer is also very handy to use for storing flat cookie trays. Overall, this is a well-made, well deigned and highly functioning appliance. Would never buy a Bosch range again.

I have only had this for a month but it is so much better than our other range that I actually enjoy cooking again. The oven heats evenly on all levels, so meals have been coming out perfect.

Nice but wanting some simple features

So far no problems. There doesn't seem to be much difference in the convection vs. air fry vs. bake selector. The fan seems to run regardless. Also for a "pro" range it is strange that you can only select the temperature in 25 degree increments. This isn't really precise enough even for a home baker. I'll have to read the manual more closely, maybe there is a setting that can be changed. The oven is very well insulated. Compared to our old one it stays warm for many hours after use. It also pre-heats very fast. Two timers which is nice. Range top is very fast and many burner options to choose from. Very fast light and decent modulation of temperature.

We have been using our gas oven for about a month. So far, it has been nothing short of great! The stove top burners all function as designed. The only problem is finding a burner that will simmer. We are using a back burner for that purpose and it works well, just a bit hard to reach. The oven is fantastic. My wife bakes bread (really good bread) and is anxious to try the steam bake. This is a really good machine.The only improvements I would recommend are these: Make the dial control words with more contrast so that they are easier to read, especially on the oven control. Secondly, some "How to..." videos including some "When to..." advice concern the different oven settings. For example, when is it better to use the steam roasting vs. slow roasting?

I got this for my kitchen remodel. It is elegant and so easy to use. I am really enjoying that sliding rack for heavier items that would normally be tough to get out on a stationary rack. Great range.

We purchased this particular range to replace our previous one that had two ovens. We both have back issues and getting things out of bottom oven was getting difficult. I was shocked at how much better my new range is at everything! Stove top cooks faster, oven cooking has been great. I have yet to try air fryer, but I expect it will be just as great as the other features. Cleaning it has been extremely easy. I had been feeling guilty about buying a new range as there was nothing wrong with my old one. But, after the first week I knew I had made the right decision.

We had some initial hiccups with our delivery and setup, but once the stove was up and going, it was a Gem! I use an oven multiple times a day so I needed one that was reliable and multi-functional. This stove hit all those requirements and more! The air fry tray is massive and perfect for my teenagers. I can bake multiple loaves of bread at a time and they all come out consistently. I am thoroughly pleased with this stove!

The timing was unfortunate, but the result was spectacular. On Monday, Thanksgiving week our 9 yo gas stove gave out. We found this stove and bought it. Brought it home and installed it. The turkey was cooked to perfection. We absolutely love this stove.
